No theory-based workshop, no slides to take away. Instead, a shortlist of prioritised use cases, a clear roadmap and specific next steps. With your team, focusing on your topics.
At the board meeting, someone says: „We really must do something about AI.“ Everyone nods. Three weeks later: the same slides, the same unanswered questions. A pilot project in marketing that fizzles out. A discussion about ChatGPT licences that goes nowhere. On top of that, GDPR concerns that are blocking any further progress.
Sound familiar? We see this pattern week in, week out.
Whilst you’re still discussing your AI strategy, competitors are already automating customer service, maintenance and document verification. A proliferation of tools and a vague desire for „more AI“ are the antithesis of value creation. This is precisely where the AI Discovery Workshop comes in.
A real-life example: In the Case Study with Bucher Municipal This demonstrates how AI can make maintenance knowledge more efficient to use.
We aim to foster a shared understanding of AI and large language models, highlight current trends and present inspiring real-world examples from a range of industries.
Interactive sessions with your team: We’ll gather use cases and prioritise them based on their value and feasibility. We’ll bring industry examples; you’ll bring your processes.
A detailed description of the key use cases and the development of a clear implementation roadmap setting out the next steps – including the effort involved, a timeline and responsibilities.
We summarise the results, gather feedback and identify potential follow-up projects. A clear agreement on what needs to be done and by when.
You’ll leave the workshop with tangible deliverables – no slides, no homework, just the information you need to make decisions.
A shortlist of prioritised use cases, showing business value versus effort for your top use cases.
A technical assessment and recommendations on which Microsoft and Azure technologies are best suited to your use cases and existing systems – such as Dynamics 365, the Copilot ecosystem and your data sources.
Roadmap and next steps, with specific recommendations for action for the most promising use case.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll know where to start, how much it will cost and what benefits you can realistically expect.
You know where and how AI can be used in your company.
A clear process from idea to realisation.
From inspiration to a concrete roadmap in three days.
You make targeted investments in projects with measurable benefits.
We’ll be bringing along templates that are already in use in similar organisations; in addition, we’ll be exploring further AI use cases and applications, with the selection made during the workshop focusing on the areas with the greatest potential and the most suitable AI applications for your organisation:
Customer service with ILAI. Our AI service agent responds to enquiries 24/7 in several languages. Tickets that used to take hours to resolve are now sorted in minutes.
Generative AI on Microsoft Azure. Secure enterprise knowledge agents that work exclusively with your own data. Answers in seconds, rather than spending hours leafing through PDFs.
AI-based document anonymisation. Automated, GDPR-compliant redaction of sensitive data in contracts, forms and documents – audit-proof and requiring no manual follow-up work. For particularly sensitive environments, this can also be implemented as an offline AI solution, locally and without the need for the cloud. Particularly suitable for Healthcare, Relevant to law firms and public authorities.
Maintenance information at the touch of a button. As is the case with Bucher Municipal: AI makes distributed technical documentation instantly searchable and available in multiple languages. In addition, data analytics can be used to analyse maintenance data in a targeted manner in order to minimise downtime and service interruptions.
What emerges from the workshop are not showcases, but applications from your business that relate to your KPIs.
The market for AI consultancy is saturated. Three things set us apart:
Our own products rather than films. ILAI, generative AI solutions on Azure and our offline AI are now in productive use. We are aware of the pitfalls that are not discussed at conferences. These include typical challenges relating to data protection and hallucinations – that is, fabricated facts in AI outputs – when using artificial intelligence in a business context.
Microsoft in depth. Six-time Microsoft Solutions Partner: Business Applications, Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, Infrastructure, Security and Modern Work.
Industry tracks. E-Commerce. Healthcare Switzerland. Production and manufacturing. Three tracks covering specific use cases, data architectures and regulatory requirements; the assessment also takes into account frameworks such as the EU AI Act. (Source)
From the workshop right through to implementation, we remain your partner. Anyone who has identified a use case wants to see it implemented, not discussed in the next round of consultations.
1. C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CDO, COO), including managing directors and other senior executives who wish to embed the strategic adoption of AI within their organisation and need to build the necessary understanding to do so
2. IT and innovation managers who need a robust architectural and implementation plan
3. Department heads in Customer Service, Operations, HR and Marketing facing a specific process issue
4. Government bodies and public sector organisations with a focus on GDPR-compliant AI. An interest in AI is an advantage.
AI Discovery Workshop
The AI Discovery Workshop takes around three days to guide you from the initial spark of inspiration to a concrete roadmap – including preparation and follow-up. We tailor the scope, format and participant group to your specific objectives; the workshop can be held in person, remotely or in a hybrid format.
We’ll provide you with specific guidance on your setup and investment during a free, 30-minute preliminary consultation.
The cost depends on the scope, format and group of participants, and will be tailored to your specific objectives. You will receive a specific estimate during the free initial consultation.
The AI Discovery Workshop typically takes around three days to progress from an initial overview to prioritised use cases and a concrete roadmap. The exact programme, as well as the preparatory and follow-up work, will be tailored to your specific objectives.
The workshop is suitable for medium-sized companies and large corporations. What matters most is not so much the size of the company as its willingness to examine specific objectives, challenges or processes together. It is not necessary to have a fully developed AI use case ready at the outset.
No prior technical knowledge is required. We will begin by establishing a shared understanding of the relevant AI technologies and presenting relevant practical examples. Above all, the participants’ subject-matter and process knowledge, as well as their understanding of business challenges, are crucial.
Depending on the objectives, the group of participants and the on-site support team, the workshop can be held on-site, remotely or in a hybrid format. We will discuss the most suitable format with you individually during the preliminary consultation.
A training course provides knowledge about LLMs, prompt engineering and prompting as a practical method for working with AI models or data models. A training course tends to provide an overview of AI systems and their capabilities, whilst a workshop provides the basis for decision-making regarding implementation: identifying use cases, evaluation and a roadmap. If you want to understand AI, you need a training course. If you want to implement AI, you need a workshop.
Three options: You implement the solution using your own team and our roadmap. We develop a proof of concept for the prioritised use case. Or we act as your implementation partner right through to the live rollout, including architecture, integration and change management.
Yes, the workshop is designed with data protection in mind. For future AI solutions, we will assess data types, hosting, access rights and compliance requirements for each use case. Options include Azure architectures with EU Data Boundary as well as local or offline AI approaches for particularly sensitive data.
The technologies to be considered depend on the identified use cases. These may include generative AI and Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, RAG architectures, machine learning, AI agents and the AI agent ILAI. The focus is not on a specific tool, but on determining which solution is best suited to the process, the data and the existing Microsoft system landscape.
Six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, proprietary AI products in live use, and clear pathways for AI transformation in businesses, alongside industry-specific tracks for e-commerce, healthcare and manufacturing. If you really want to implement artificial intelligence in your organisation – rather than just discussing it – the sheer number of options means you need to prioritise clearly to ensure it delivers sustainable added value; get in touch with us.
