The three established Swiss IT companies Neolution, Pentag Informatik and Swiss1mobile (all part of the collana IT Group) are merging to form collana solutions AG The new company, with 75 employees in Switzerland and Spain, stands for high-quality, individually developed software solutions, digital interfaces for data exchange (EDI) and complementary IT services – all from a single source, scalable and tailor-made.
In an increasingly technology-driven world, the demands placed on IT service providers are growing rapidly. Companies are facing ever more complex challenges. There is a need for tailor-made, specialised solutions with real added value – and this is exactly where collana solutions comes in. Its foundation and the merger of three companies renowned in their respective fields is the strategic response to this development.
The new organisation combines the strengths of the original companies in order to respond even more effectively to constantly changing customer requirements. The focus is on an expanded service portfolio and bundled expertise. The offering ranges from custom software development to app development, EDI solutions, personnel leasing and quality assurance. All services are efficiently coordinated and can be combined in a modular fashion. This results in smart IT solutions that give customers a tangible and sustainable competitive advantage.

The new company is led by an experienced management team: Herbert Haefeli (formerly Pentag Informatik) is Co-CEO responsible for processes, HR and finance. Florian Wermelinger (formerly Neolution) is Co-CEO responsible for technology and delivery. Stefan Christen (formerly Swiss1mobile) is head of sales in his role as CSO.
All current members of the management team will remain in positions of responsibility – a clear sign of continuity and confidence in the existing expertise.
