With in-depth expertise in strategy and implementation projects, Remo Mini has first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing the Swiss healthcare system. He is moving from H Healthcare Consulting office, where he worked as a partner for nine years and led numerous digitalisation initiatives. At collana health Mini will continue to develop the areas of consulting, process digitalisation and management of complex projects.
