Home / MAC IT-Solutions at the K5 2026: AI meets ERP - live in Berlin When digital commerce evolves
The collana family is there when digital commerce meets for its annual meeting. On 23 and 24 June 2026 is the team of the MAC IT-Solutions on the K5 Future Retail Conference is represented at ESTREL Berlin - and is contributing to the conference with two programme items.
With a highly topical industry theme, the MAC speakers will be at the 24 June at 10:00 am on the stage:
„ERP meets AI: from voice and chatbot to productive system“.
Dirk Petersen (CTO) and Thorben Jensen (Head of Cloud and Managed Services) from MAC IT-Solutions, together with Betty Blömer (Director IT Business Operations, Lampenwelt), will show how artificial intelligence can be meaningfully embedded in existing ERP structures. The real-life customer service scenarios will make the topic particularly vivid.
Specifically, the focus is on how AI applications can directly access ERP data, how recurring processes such as order queries, document handling or returns can be intelligently automated and how different channels, such as voice, chat and email, can be integrated into one system.
If you need a break from the lecture format between sessions: The MAC team is organising the Table tennis tournament of the K5. The matches will be played at the following times:
23 June: 13-14 h | 16-17 h | 18:30-19:30 h
24 June: 11-12 o'clock
Then it's worth making a detour to the Masterclass - and of course to the MAC table tennis table. More at https://konferenz.k5.de/
