collana hive GmbH and GLI Business Solutions GmbH, both part of the collana Group, are merging to form the new collana apps GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg. As a result of the merger, customers will gain access to a focused portfolio of services centred on modern app solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This offering combines comprehensive technological expertise, practical implementation experience and a deep understanding of operational processes.
The demands placed on digital solutions are growing rapidly. So too are the expectations regarding their scalability, flexibility and integration. Through the new collana apps GmbH, the founding companies are combining their expertise to create a robust, comprehensive package for modern app solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. GLI Business Solutions is synonymous with many years of project experience, in-depth industry knowledge and the established maintenance software MAIN-TOOL. collana hive complements this with international scalability expertise, the use of modern technology and digital innovation. In addition, collana hive distributes both its own software solutions and products from the collana Group’s portfolio.

The new company will be jointly managed by Marc Pfeiffer (formerly GLI Business Solutions) and Oliver Bartl (formerly collana hive). „We are building on what has made us strong so far, while at the same time creating space for new things: new ideas, new roles, new perspectives.“, says Marc Pfeiffer. Oliver Bartl adds: „Our goal is to support our customers with scalable solutions so that they can be among the best in their competitive environment. This requires a strong, united team, and that is exactly what we bring together.“
An additional reason for the merger is the regulated succession within GLI Business Solutions: Sven Pfeiffer, long-standing managing director, will gradually withdraw from operational business at his own request and actively support the transition phase until the end of the year.
