The merger gives customers access to a focused service portfolio centred on modern app solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This offering combines comprehensive technological expertise, practical implementation experience and a deep understanding of operational processes.
The demands placed on digital solutions are growing rapidly. The same applies to the requirements for scalability, flexibility and integration. With the new collana apps GmbH, the original companies are combining their expertise to create a powerful overall package for modern app solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. GLI Business Solutions stands for many years of project experience, in-depth industry knowledge and the established maintenance software MAIN-TOOL. collana hive complements this with international scaling expertise, modern technology use and digital innovation. In addition, collana hive distributes both its own software solutions and products from the collana IT Group portfolio.

The new company will be jointly managed by Marc Pfeiffer (formerly GLI Business Solutions) and Oliver Bartl (formerly collana hive). „We are building on what has made us strong so far, while at the same time creating space for new things: new ideas, new roles, new perspectives.“, says Marc Pfeiffer. Oliver Bartl adds: „Our goal is to support our customers with scalable solutions so that they can be among the best in their competitive environment. An additional reason for the merger is the regulated succession within GLI Business Solutions: Sven Pfeiffer, long-standing managing director, will gradually withdraw from operational business at his own request and actively support the transition phase until the end of the year.
The new organisation will operate under the joint brand name collana apps The merger will take effect retroactively from 1 January 2025.
