REMONDIS BURCU is a leading waste management provider in Turkey and part of the international REMONDIS Group. The company previously operated with a fragmented IT landscape that did not adequately support key business processes such as project costing, profitability analysis and contract management.
The aim was to close these gaps and introduce a consistent, integrated ERP system that takes into account both business processes and industry-specific waste management requirements.
In collaboration with b4dynamics (a member of the collana Group), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations was implemented, complemented by integrated CRM functionality and customised costing mechanisms.
The project was rolled out across multiple locations and included the design of a profitability structure, the traceability of quantity and value flows, and the documentation of return processes.
Integrated CRM functionality also improved the management of customer relationships.
