collana maintool is an integrated maintenance software for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The solution digitalises maintenance, inspection and servicing processes and supports the structured documentation of technical systems directly in the ERP system.
The maintenance functions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are only available in the premium version and have limited functionality. collana maintool extends Business Central with practical maintenance planning, fault messages, spare parts management and mobile use. All functions are fully integrated into the ERP and designed for operational use in maintenance.
collana maintool is suitable for companies with machines, buildings or technical systems. These include companies from the production, facility management, energy supply or technical services sectors that want to control their maintenance digitally and centrally.
Unlike Excel or separate maintenance tools, collana maintool is fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This eliminates duplicate data entry and interface problems. Maintenance processes such as fault reports, spare parts requirements and bookings run consistently in the ERP and combine technology, purchasing, warehouse and controlling in one system.
