The existing ERP system was technically outdated, not very flexible and required a lot of manual effort.
The simultaneous nature of several critical issues was particularly challenging: In addition to the strategic realignment, a complete logistics relocation including inventory had to be implemented without jeopardising ongoing operations. At the same time, the existing Shopware 5 shop continued to run unchanged and had to continue to reliably handle international deliveries.
The company was therefore not looking for a classic ERP implementation, but rather a lean solution that could be implemented quickly, standardise processes, create immediate added value and serve as a basis for further growth
The decision was made in favour of collana diva now, the SaaS ERP solution from MAC IT-Solutions. The aim was to become productive quickly and at the same time create a scalable basis for several brands.
The focus was deliberately placed on the central core processes in order to ensure a stable go-live within the shortest possible time. collana diva now maps all relevant e-commerce processes in an integrated manner - from order processing to logistics and customer service.
