CoreShift by collana: New tech podcast launched

There is hardly any other topic currently preoccupying businesses as much as artificial intelligence, digitalisation and the transformation of established structures. And there is hardly any other topic about which so much is said, yet so little is actually explained in plain terms. Amidst buzzwords, promises of salvation and doomsday scenarios, the crucial question often remains unanswered: what really works in practice, and what falls short when put to the test?

This is exactly where CoreShift comes in. The collana Group’s new video podcast brings together people who don’t just discuss digitalisation, AI and transformation, but put them into practice every day – in IT projects, in leadership roles and within small and medium-sized enterprises.

Practical experience rather than buzzwords

In each episode, hosts Nicole Wehner and Marc Lange talk to a variety of guests about the latest developments in the IT and tech sectors. Sometimes the focus is on specific AI applications, sometimes on why transformation projects fail, and sometimes on leadership in times of constant change. The programme features experts from the collana Group as well as guests from partner and client companies – in other words, people with a variety of perspectives.

The approach is deliberately low-key. Marketing messages are deliberately not trumpeted. The focus is on honest assessments from people who know their field. Mistakes are not glossed over either, as it is often from them that we learn the most.

Dirk Wieland will be kicking things off

The first episode is entitled „Put your trust in the right people!“ – making it immediately clear what CoreShift is all about. The guest is Dirk Wieland, CEO of the collana Group. In conversation with Nicole Wehner, he explains how the group came into being, which decisions have shaped him, and why, for him, trust in the right people is the most important ingredient for successful IT projects.

A start that shows: CoreShift is less about technology alone and more about the people and the decisions behind it.
