collana health AG, the collana Group's healthcare competence centre for Switzerland, is expanding its range of services in a targeted manner: With the new Workforce Management business unit, collana health is expanding its portfolio to include specialised consulting and implementation services relating to workforce scheduling and time recording - thereby closing a key gap between HR processes and data-driven clinical and administrative systems in the healthcare sector.
In future, joint customers of collana health and HRM Systems will benefit from a seamless consulting chain - from workforce scheduling and operational services to HRM Systems' software solutions. The new business unit will operate independently of software and retain the existing partnership with Polypoint PEP - the leading workforce management solution in Switzerland.
With the change, five experienced specialists are joining collana health. The team combines interdisciplinary expertise: former Polypoint application specialists, a former head of the nursing department, experienced HR and payroll specialists as well as management consultants with many years of experience in hospitals and clinics. The business unit is headed by Nick Lang, former Managing Director of Urs Heer GmbH by HRM Systems, with over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector.
Particularly in view of the increasing shortage of skilled staff, optimised workforce planning is gaining in strategic importance: it strengthens employer attractiveness, relieves the burden on managers and helps to make the best possible use of existing resources. With the new business unit, collana health is even better positioned to provide holistic support to hospitals, clinics and healthcare-related organisations in Switzerland.
