Bicycles and bicycle accessories
BIKE & OUTDOOR COMPANY GmbH & Co. KG (B.O.C.) has been one of Germany’s leading specialist retailers of bicycles and e-bikes since 1999 and now operates 48 branches as well as the online shop boc24.de.
The previous stock management system had been in use for over 25 years and was virtually impossible to integrate with new platforms and technologies. At the same time, the demands placed on a modern omnichannel experience were growing: complex branch logistics, central warehouse management and an increasingly important online business all needed to be brought together on a single platform.
A particular challenge was to find an ERP system that could integrate branch operations, e-commerce and logistics, whilst also serving as a stable foundation for B.O.C.’s future omnichannel strategy.
B.O.C. has been using MAC’s financial accounting system since April 2023, and since January 2026, all operational activities have been managed via diva. The system utilises purchasing modules with automatic order proposals, as well as the diva Retail module for branch logistics, which manages restocking, cross-docking and stock transfers between branches and the central warehouse.
To ensure a seamless omnichannel setup, Shopify was also integrated as the online shop solution, alongside Ratio till systems in the branches, an external logistics system from E&P, and a CRM system for marketing and campaign planning. All channels thus converge on a single database, eliminating data redundancies from individual systems.
The go-live was deliberately scheduled for the off-peak period at the end of January 2026 in order to minimise disruption to day-to-day operations in the branches. Despite the large volumes of data from 48 branches, the technical set-up proceeded swiftly, and operational issues were resolved quickly in close consultation with the relevant departments.
„With diva, we now have a central platform where our key retail processes converge. This enables us to integrate our in-store and online business much more closely and to consistently develop B.O.C. from a technological perspective.“

Project Manager for the ERP Implementation at B.O.C.
With diva B.O.C. now has a central ERP platform that can be accessed by all departments. Instead of isolated data silos, the purchasing, sales, e-commerce, logistics and finance departments use a unified, seamlessly integrated database without any system disconnects.
This saves time, increases the amount of information available throughout the process chain and makes it considerably easier to obtain planning data. Manual tasks that used to take a full working day can now be completed in just a few hours – a solid foundation for further expanding B.O.C.’s omnichannel strategy.
