Today, Bike-Discount is one of the leading online retailers for bicycles, accessories and clothing - with international shipping, its own house brand (RADON) and a multi-store concept. However, strong growth and increasing internationalisation presented the company with new challenges: The previous system landscape was no longer able to cope with the requirements of scalability, process integration and internationalisation.
The company was therefore looking for a stable and future-proof solution that would integrate all operational processes - including the shop, ERP, CRM and logistics - and thus form the basis for further growth.
As part of a complete system change, collana diva was introduced as a central business solution. A particular focus was placed on adapting the system to the specific requirements of a bicycle mail order company: in logistics, a two-stage picking process with final order completion at the packing station was implemented - efficient, automated and scalable.
With the technological basis on Microsoft Dynamics NAV all data and processes can be securely mapped, consolidated and flexibly expanded. collana diva is now used across the board - from purchasing, marketing and sales to logistics and accounting.
