Project description

The task

Züriwerk is one of the largest social institutions in the canton of Zurich and supports people with cognitive impairments in the areas of living, working and training.

The NAV 2009 solution used to date was technically outdated and distributed data across different tools such as Excel and Access. The goal was a fully integrated, modern ERP solution. Including address management, customer administration, service billing and task management.

The realisation

Together with DDAG (a subsidiary of the collana Group), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was introduced - supplemented by proven industry modules such as collana care and collana address.

The address and client data was consolidated, duplicates automatically checked and centralised data management established. Services are now recorded digitally and billed directly from the system. Task and appointment management has also been digitalised.

This is how the problem was solved

Since January 2021, the Züriwerk Foundation has been working with a central ERP solution that digitally connects all departments.

Address and caregiver management runs via a shared system, services are documented and billed in a traceable manner, and tasks are assigned automatically.

The new solution creates transparency, reduces manual effort and promotes the digital development of the foundation. All in the interests of participation and efficiency.
