As Europe's largest hazardous waste disposal company, GSB operates a highly complex technical infrastructure with strict testing and maintenance requirements.
The software previously used for maintenance management was outdated and paper-based. Every week, four hours were spent on the manual preparation and distribution of maintenance orders alone.
The aim was to introduce a modern, integrated system for digital maintenance - fully compatible with Dynamics NAV.
GSB opted for collana maintool as a central maintenance tool - introduced by Tegos Rosenheim.
All system identifiers, location data and inspection plans were transferred from Excel. The user interface was customised specifically to the requirements of the technical services and engineering teams.
In addition movatix, the mobile app solution from Tegos, for easy operation directly on site. This gives technicians access to relevant tasks and information at all times.
