The experienced IT manager succeeds Heinz Bäurer, who led the company to success and played a key role in shaping it over decades. At the end of the year, Bäurer will hand over operational responsibility and remain associated with the company in an advisory capacity.
Jan Behnke (COO), who has been with the company for around two and a half years, and Simone Bäurer (CSO & CMO), who has been with the company for over twelve years. b4dynamics Group are responsible for key areas and stand for operational stability and strategic brand and customer development. Behnke was also appointed as an authorised signatory of the company. With the arrival of Carsten Falk, the management team is gaining additional long-standing technology and industry expertise.
Heinz Bäurer can look back on a successful career spanning over 40 years in the ERP market. Under his leadership, b4dynamics has developed into an internationally positioned Microsoft partner with a particular industry focus on process and discrete manufacturing. „I look forward to supporting the transition and accompanying further developments with interest and confidence.“, according to Heinz Bäurer.
With Carsten Falk An experienced IT strategist is taking over the management of the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector and most recently spent six years as Business Unit Director at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation – the largest technology company within Mercedes-Benz Group AG. There, his responsibilities included software development, IT security, AI, cloud services and digital transformation issues.
