The newly introduced platform enables Ivoclar Vivadent to analyse device behaviour and usage data in real time. This allows maintenance requirements to be identified at an early stage, downtime to be reduced and service calls to be planned in a targeted manner.
Product development also benefits from the new insights, as customer needs can now be derived directly from real-world usage behaviour. The solution is so scalable that it can flexibly cover future requirements and support further company growth.
