Following a company transition, IOI Oleo was faced with the challenge of transferring all maintenance processes from SAP to a new ERP system. The previous combination of SAP and Access databases was neither standardised nor sustainable in the long term.
The company was looking for a user-friendly and future-proof solution that fulfils all requirements relating to mandatory inspections, deadline tracking, budget control and purchasing integration and can be integrated into Navision.
The choice fell on collana maintool. Recommended by the reference company Walter Rau. The solution was introduced in Witten within three months. Even employees with SAP experience quickly found their way around.
At the second site in Wittenberge, a completely new system was introduced, including interfaces for purchasing, budget management and quotation preparation. Key users introduce the employees, supported by customised processes.
Since then, disruptions, recurring measures and budgets have been managed centrally via collana maintool controlled.
