Project description

The task

Otto Fischer AG wanted to push ahead with the digitisation of its entire order processing system as part of an ERP change.

The aim was to automate all process steps end-to-end, from ordering and order confirmation to electronic invoicing.

A particular challenge was the time-critical logistics: customers often expect deliveries on the same day or, at the latest, on the following working day.
