Project description

The task

REMONDIS BURCU is a leading provider of waste management services in Turkey and part of the international REMONDIS Group. The company was previously working with an inhomogeneous IT landscape that did not adequately map important business processes such as project costing, profit calculation or contract management.

The aim was to close these gaps and introduce a consistent, integrated ERP system that takes into account both business processes and industry-specific waste management requirements.

The realisation

In collaboration with b4dynamics (a member of the collana Group), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations was introduced - supplemented by functions from the CRM area and customised calculation mechanisms.

The project was implemented across all locations and included the modelling of a profitability structure, the traceability of quantity and value flows and the documentation of traceability processes. 

The management of customer relationships has also been optimised through integrated CRM functionalities.

Since going live in 2021, REMONDIS BURCU has had a scalable ERP system that digitises, standardises and networks central business processes.

The standardised basic calculation ensures greater transparency and better economic control. Thanks to CRM integration, customer processes have also been significantly improved.

The industry-specific focus also made it possible to precisely map relevant waste management processes, which led to a high level of system acceptance and a future-proof process landscape.
