Computer-based training is a central component of training at Pilatus. However, the dubbing of this training content was a time-consuming and slow process.
Speakers had to be organised, recordings coordinated and audio files post-edited for each new or adapted module. This resulted in long lead times, high costs and dependencies on external service providers.
In an industry where timeliness and precision are crucial, this process could no longer keep pace with requirements. A solution was needed that would allow training content to be recorded quickly, consistently and in high quality - directly by the company's own employees.
By selecting different voices, training content can be made more varied. Instead of listening to the same voice for hours on end, content can be varied in a targeted way, making it more enjoyable for learners.

VoxAI is an AI-supported platform that digitises and simplifies the entire audio creation process.
Content creators can enter texts directly, control the pronunciation and create a finished audio file within a few minutes. An integrated editor enables the precise adjustment of intonation, pauses and number and date formats.
The solution is based on a cloud-native architecture with Azure Speech Services and offers a scalable and secure basis for use in the company. Integration into existing systems and the use of modern authentication mechanisms ensures simple and secure access.
