Lampenwelt GmbH is one of the leading e-commerce providers for lighting in Europe. With a continuously growing product range and international presence, a powerful, integrated ERP solution was needed to efficiently manage the complex requirements of day-to-day business - including order management, shipping, purchasing, returns and tax processing.
collana diva was introduced as the new ERP basis and replaced the old system during ongoing operations. The focus was on an MVP approach that ensured the mapping of all central business processes right from the start.
At the same time, other systems such as PIM, ESB and a pricing engine were introduced. Thanks to close coordination rounds and regular jour fixes, the project team was able to react flexibly to challenges - always with the aim of harmonising processes and not interrupting day-to-day business.

Today, collana diva maps all relevant e-commerce processes in a centralised system - from purchasing and order management to financial accounting and merchandise management.
Special features such as the integration of intra-Community acquisitions or the linked return process via the LabelPort ensure optimised processes.
External modules were also seamlessly integrated - including, for example, the Sanctions list check via the Sanscreen app and a generic module for Connection of SharePoint than DMS.
The new system landscape creates transparency, reduces manual effort and forms the basis for further growth.
