The realisation
The introduction of collana diva as a centralised backend system included order management, accounts receivable handling and financial accounting.
Amazon FBA, a PIM system, a WMS and middleware connections were integrated to map international requirements. Our solution also optimised the supply chain with forecasting functionalities and digitalised production processes - including in the Far East business.
The project team largely worked remotely with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams - despite the complexity, the project remained on track.
