Horze operates online shops in 16 countries, 14 brick-and-mortar stores and a global sales network and needed an ERP system that could map this international omnichannel structure with high performance. In addition to the integration of all financial and retail processes, the payment system also needed to be modernised in order to be able to react flexibly to customer expectations in different markets.
The introduction of collana diva as a centralised backend system included order management, accounts receivable handling and financial accounting.
Amazon FBA, a PIM system, a WMS and middleware connections were integrated to map international requirements. Our solution also optimised the supply chain with forecasting functionalities and digitalised production processes - including in the Far East business.
The project team largely worked remotely with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams - despite the complexity, the project remained on track.
