Goldner replaced a 30-year-old, customised ERP system with collana diva in order to meet the increasing demands of e-commerce.
The challenge: standardised processes for mail order, multi-client capability and high performance for 5-digit order numbers. All combined with a future-proof system architecture and the integration of the fulfilment subsidiary SULKY.
Despite pandemic conditions, the project was carried out almost entirely remotely! A first for the collana subsidiary MAC IT-Solutions. Using agile methodology, it was possible to react flexibly to changes and implement the ERP introduction efficiently. In addition to the Goldner fashion brand atelier GOLDNER SULKY's logistics processes and other brands such as Madeleine and Alba Moda were also successfully connected.
The solution combines retail and logistics processes on a centralised platform. With collana diva as a powerful basis for growth, flexibility and process automation.

Today, Goldner uses collana diva for a complex setup of seven clients, including country shops, logistics partners and brands. The ERP solution not only efficiently maps e-commerce processes, but also supports requirements planning for catalogue production, automated order proposals and cross-client management.
The smart warehouse logic - including compaction functions, returns management and MDE devices - ensures optimum utilisation of storage space.
