Historically, KSB worked with a heterogeneous system landscape: various tools for patient data, finance, logistics, pharmacy and HR.
The aim was to create a consolidated ERP solution that integrates all business areas, enables centralised data storage and is intuitive to use, especially for the requirements of a public hospital.
With collana med, a modular complete solution was introduced that maps all areas of the hospital in a common ERP platform.
From patient admission to pharmacy management and payroll accounting, all processes now run centrally in a modern database. The project was organised in close cooperation between KSB and the implementation team - in a structured, professional and goal-oriented manner.
