The task

GartenHaus GmbH is on course for growth: as the leading platform for garden projects in Europe, its rapid development required an ERP solution that is scalable, future-proof and completely cloud-based.

The aim was to enable centralised control of all business processes while efficiently mapping complex project sales structures, logistics processes and international distribution channels.

Solution

The realisation

Together with MAC IT-Solutions GmbH (a member of the collana Group), collana diva was introduced following a structured but flexible project approach. The individual phases ranged from workshops to setup and testing to go-live – including data transfer from existing systems.

Immediately after going live, the ERP system was expanded to include group-wide logistics functions. This enabled further warehouse locations in Europe to be systematically connected and scaled.

With collana diva, GartenHaus GmbH was able to fully integrate all operational trading processes, from purchasing to financial accounting. The number of external tools and manual communication channels was significantly reduced.

Particular attention was paid to mapping warehouse location logic with prioritisation of main and additional products. This significantly simplified processes such as order picking, handling of bulky goods and warehouse management.

Employees benefit from clearly structured, automated processes – with room to concentrate on the essentials. Further digitalisation measures – e.g. for assembly control – are already in the planning stage.
