Project description

The task

The Salvation Army provides social services for a wide range of target groups in over 180 offices.

Previously, departments worked with different ERP systems, which led to inconsistent data management, inefficient processes and a high level of coordination effort.

The goal: a centralised, multilingual ERP solution that consolidates and flexibly maps all processes – including migration, finance and human resources management.

The realisation

Together with Data Dynamic AG (a subsidiary of the collana Group), collana npo introduced – specially developed for non-profit organisations based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In workshops, project teams developed solutions for over 500 requirements. The number of clients was reduced from over 100 to 10. Departments can now be managed as an additional dimension – user-friendly, multilingual and multi-client capable.

Special processes, such as those in the area of migration, were also successfully mapped.
