BFS is a leading provider of e-commerce fulfilment and individual customer communication in Germany, with around 1,500 employees and part of the BAUR Group.
The aim was to secure the customer's planned growth with a high-performance ERP system. To achieve this, collana diva not only had to integrate the complex full-service offering in order management, customer service and payment processing, but also enable high data volumes and process speeds.
BFS implemented collana diva as a central ERP system, which now communicates seamlessly with the clients' web shops and the company's own warehouse management system. Order management, including call centre, ticketing, customer service and accounts receivable, runs entirely via collana diva. In order to meet the high demands of mass business, all user interfaces have been specially adapted to customer service processes.
Comprehensive quality and load tests have proven that a daily volume of up to 140,000 orders can be processed stably and with high performance.
