In the course of its international growth, Altano wanted to create a standardised database that consolidates the relevant key figures from various equine clinics.
The aim was to transfer both economic and operational data into a standardised format - across national borders and in high quality. Previous data collection was time-consuming, heterogeneous and only comparable to a limited extent.
The central BI solution „Global Dashboard“ was developed as a management control element. It provides standardised KPIs for everyday clinical practice, enables cross-national comparisons and supports operational controlling.
A continuously growing database and the integration of AI for automated data enrichment allow analyses to be carried out more quickly and precisely. The benchmarks of individual clinics can thus be systematically compared and used for optimisation.
